Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to generate leads, engage prospective clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, consultative selling, and relationship-management skills.

The AIFE R1 is an AI-powered smart ring featuring a built-in touchscreen display, Bluetooth connectivity, and comprehensive health-tracking tools. It functions as a lightweight wearable to monitor daily metrics directly from your finger.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on AIFE sales leads through calls, meetings, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.

• Understand client requirements and effectively present AIFE’s value proposition and solutions.

• Conduct product presentations and client consultations.

• Manage the complete sales cycle to closure and onboarding.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

• Maintain sales pipeline, follow-ups, and CRM records.

• Coordinate with marketing and internal teams to improve lead generation and conversions.

• Gather client feedback and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.

• 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, inside sales, or consultative selling.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong target orientation and ability to work independently.

• Professional, confident, proactive, and customer-focused.

• Experience in B2C/D2C, premium/high-value sales, consulting, technology, or professional services is preferred.
