Urgent Hiring for Academic Counselor (Education & Careers)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in students and inbound enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, referrals)

• Understand candidate profile, career goals, and eligibility

• Present Skilora's training programs confidently and professionally

• Convert enquiries into admissions through strong counseling & follow-ups

• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets

Team Handling & Process Ownership

• Guide and monitor a small team of Career Advisors / Academic Counselors

• Ensure proper follow-ups, enquiry handling, and conversion discipline

• Support management in improving conversion ratios and center performance

• Coordinate with operations team for smooth student onboarding

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain enquiry, follow-up, and admission records (Excel / CRM)

• Prepare daily & monthly performance updates

• Act as a key support pillar for management in scaling admissions

Candidate Profile (Who Can Apply):

• Female candidates only

• Education: Any UG / PG degree

• Experience: 1 to 5 years in:

• --> Inside Sales / Telesales / Business Development

• --> Education, Training, EdTech, Admissions, Career Counseling (preferred)

• Excellent communication skills Tamil & English (must)

• Strong convincing, negotiation & closing skills

• Confident, target-driven, and leadership-oriented mindset

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary up to 20,000 during probation
