Job Overview
We are hiring a Customer Relationship & Payment Collection Executive who will be responsible for managing customer interactions, following up on outstanding payments, maintaining customer records, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills, regular customer coordination, and the ability to handle payment-related discussions professionally.
Responsibilities
Contact customers regarding pending payments and payment schedules.
Maintain regular communication with customers through calls, emails, and messages.
Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely closure.
Update customer information, payment records, and follow-up status in the system.
Prepare daily and weekly reports related to collections and customer interactions.
Ensure timely resolution of customer requests and service issues.
Support customer onboarding and documentation activities.
Build positive customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
1 to 3 years of experience in collections, customer service, CRM, telesales, customer support, or similar roles.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Comfortable speaking with customers and handling payment follow-ups.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets.
Preferred Experience
Candidates from customer service, payment collections, banking, insurance, telecom, BPO, financial services, or service industries will be preferred.
