We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, answering inbound calls, promoting products or services, handling customer queries, and maintaining accurate records of conversations. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions or information.
Maintain customer database and update information as required.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).
Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new processes.
Working Hours:
10 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Saturday
