Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stock Market Analyst/Trader. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets, technical and fundamental analysis, and the ability to make informed investment decisions under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor stock market trends, economic data, and company performance.

• Analyze charts, financial statements, and market indicators to identify trading opportunities.

• Execute buy/sell orders on behalf of the company or clients.

• Develop and implement trading strategies for equity, derivatives, or commodities.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global financial news and regulatory changes.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on portfolio performance and market insights.

• Manage risk through stop-loss, diversification, and portfolio rebalancing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in stock trading or investment analysis (1–3 years preferred).

• Strong analytical, mathematical, and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in trading platforms (e.g., Zerodha, AngelOne, Upstox, or Bloomberg).

• Knowledge of technical indicators, chart patterns, and risk management.

• Certification (e.g., NISM, CFA, or NSE Certification) is an added advantage.

Soft Skills:

• Attention to detail and discipline in executing strategies.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Quick learner with adaptability to fast-moving markets.

• High ethical standards and professional integrity.

Salary Range:

₹3,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum (depending on experience and performance incentives)
