VGM Consultants Limited is hiring Telecallers and Collection Executives for Banking Collection Processes in Noida. • 20 Positions – Non-DRA Process – Fresher & Experienced – Salary ₹12,000–₹15,000
• 30 Positions – Non-DRA Process – Collection Experience Preferred – Salary ₹15,000–₹18,000
• 40 Positions – DRA Process – Fresher & Experienced – Salary ₹16,000–₹20,000

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments and EMI reminders.
• Follow up with customers for payment commitments and collection recovery.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in CRM systems.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
• Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.
• Escalate unresolved customer concerns to the appropriate department.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, collection guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction during all interactions.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Good listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage outbound calling processes effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Telecalling, Collections, Customer Service, BPO, or Sales.
• Knowledge of Banking, NBFC, or Collection Processes.
• Experience in DRA and Non-DRA Collection Processes.
• Familiarity with CRM Software, Dialers, and Calling Systems.
• Ability to handle difficult customer conversations professionally.

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (10+2)
• Graduate candidates can also apply.

• Experienced candidates will be considered for higher salary brackets.
