Key Responsibilities:-

• Generate new sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital inquiries, and networking.

• Meet prospective clients to understand their interior design requirements.

• Present design concepts, products, materials, and pricing to clients.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.

• Coordinate with interior designers and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.

• Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.

• Negotiate pricing and close sales while achieving monthly revenue targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

• Stay updated on interior design trends, products, and market competition.

• Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support when required.

Required Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).

• 06–01 years of experience in interior sales, furniture sales, home décor, modular kitchens, or real estate sales.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

• Presentation and persuasion skills

• Basic knowledge of interior design concepts and materials

• MS Office and CRM software proficiency

• Ability to achieve sales targets
