Job Title: Telecaller

Location: A-100 sector 4 Noida ( Nearest Metro Station 16)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services, answer queries, and generate leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Explain company products or services clearly.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Answer customer questions and handle objections politely.
Maintain records of calls and customer information in the system.
Follow up with customers when required.
Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
Positive attitude and good listening skills.

Minimum: 12th Pass
