Key Responsibilities:
Handling outbound and inbound calls with potential clients
Assisting in lead generation and follow-ups
Maintaining records of client interactions and updating databases
Updating and managing client data in the CRM system
Supporting the sales team with a structured follow-up process
Eligibility Criteria:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Basic understanding of sales and customer interaction (preferred)
Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Details:
Location: Sector 63, Noida
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000/month
