🔹 About the Role

We are looking for a Telesales Executive with excellent English communication skills, confidence, and a target-driven mindset. You will connect with customers over calls, understand their requirements, and convert leads into successful sales. This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in English, persuasive, and ready to join immediately.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Calling:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers

• Handle inbound inquiries professionally

• Explain products/services clearly in English

• Understand customer needs and close sales effectively

• Follow up on interested leads and pending closures

• CRM & Documentation:

• Update customer details and call outcomes in CRM

• Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups

• Share daily and weekly performance reports

• Customer Experience:

• Handle objections confidently

• Maintain professional and courteous communication

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order closure

🔹 Mandatory Requirements

• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation

• Experience in selling Mobiles/Laptops

• Confidence in talking to customers

• Ability to explain, convince, and negotiate in English

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge

• Willingness to work with targets

• Immediate joiners preferred

🔹 Good to Have

• Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or call centers

• Exposure to B2C or B2B sales

• Familiarity with CRM tools

🔹 KPIs / Performance Metrics

• Daily call volume

• English call quality score

• Conversion ratio

• Monthly sales target achievement
