Job Title: Tele-Caller & Admin Executive
LOCATION: 5TH FLOOR, U-FAIRIA MALL NEAR EK MURTI CHOWK

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
Explain company products/services and schedule appointments when required.
Maintain call records and update customer information in the system.
Perform data entry and maintain records accurately.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic administrative documents.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer support and follow-ups.
Handle routine office administration tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
Ability to handle calls and administrative work efficiently.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
