Job Description
We are looking for a well-spoken and professional Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls related to vendor onboarding and client event requirements. The candidate will play a key role in building and managing the vendor network of the company and coordinating with clients for their event needs.
This is a full-time, No target and No Sales office-based position in Noida.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to vendors to onboard and strengthen the company’s vendor network
• Explain company services clearly to vendors and maintain professional relationships
• Attend incoming calls from clients and understand their event requirements
• Make follow-up calls to clients to gather detailed requirements for their events
• Coordinate between vendors and clients to ensure smooth communication
• Maintain accurate call records, vendor details, and client requirements

Required Skills & Qualities
• Polite, professional, and confident communication skills
• Good English speaking skills (mandatory) and fluent Hindi
• Strong convincing abilities
• Ability to understand client needs and explain solutions clearly
• Good listening skills and customer-handling attitude
• Basic computer and CRM / Excel knowledge preferred
