We are hiring a Telecaller / Client Coordinator to handle client communication and schedule meetings. The ideal candidate should have good spoken English, a professional attitude, and basic computer skills.
This is not a sales role – your primary task will be to coordinate meetings and maintain smooth communication between clients and our team.
Make outbound calls to existing or potential clients
Coordinate and schedule meetings or appointments
Confirm meeting details via phone, WhatsApp, or email
Maintain a daily log of calls and meetings scheduled
Follow up with clients to ensure attendance
Work closely with internal teams to align schedules
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, Google Calendar, etc.)
Polite, professional, and organized
Freshers welcome; experience in calling or coordination is a plus
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience)
Comfortable office environment
