Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Telecaller to support our NGO’s outreach activities. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential donors, volunteers, and supporters to promote the organization’s mission, raise awareness about social initiatives, and assist in fundraising and engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential donors, supporters, and volunteers.

• Provide information about the NGO’s mission, programs, and ongoing campaigns.

• Encourage donations and participation in fundraising initiatives.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and donor information.

• Follow up with interested donors and supporters.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to queries about the organization.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with supporters.

• Meet daily/weekly call and fundraising targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English

• Basic computer knowledge

• Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
