Job Title: Telecaller
Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and empathetic Telecaller to connect with potential donors, supporters, and volunteers. The candidate will be responsible for explaining our cause, generating donations, maintaining donor relationships, and supporting outreach campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential donors and existing supporters.
Explain the NGO’s mission, ongoing projects, and fundraising campaigns clearly and passionately.
Encourage donations and explain different contribution options.
Maintain accurate records of calls, donor details, and follow-ups.
Follow up with previous donors for renewals and campaign updates.
Handle queries related to donations, receipts, and NGO activities.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly fundraising targets.
Coordinate with the fundraising and marketing team for campaign updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Prior experience in telecalling, fundraising, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
