Job Title: Telecaller
Location: A-100 Sector 4 Noida ( Nearest Metro Station -16)

Job Summary
The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential donors, volunteers, and supporters to raise awareness about the NGO’s mission, programs, and fundraising campaigns. The role involves building relationships, explaining social initiatives, and encouraging contributions or participation.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and potential donors from provided databases
Explain the NGO’s mission, vision, and ongoing projects clearly and convincingly
Request donations, sponsorships, or volunteer participation
Follow up with previous donors for renewals and updates
Maintain accurate records of calls and donor details in CRM/software
Handle donor queries and provide required information
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and fundraising targets
Maintain a polite and professional approach at all times
Coordinate with the fundraising and field teams when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Prior experience in telecalling, fundraising, or customer service is an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Persuasive and confident speaking ability
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle rejection positively
