Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and professional Telecaller to communicate with customers, understand their requirements, provide information about our services, handle inquiries, and coordinate with the relevant internal teams.

This is a non-target-based position. The role does not involve mandatory sales or calling targets. The primary focus is on customer communication, service coordination, follow-ups, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and potential customers.

• Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.

• Explain company services, processes, and basic pricing information.

• Follow up with customers regarding their service requirements.

• Coordinate customer requirements with the operations and service teams.

• Schedule appointments, service visits, and callbacks.

• Maintain accurate customer information and call records.

• Update customer details and communication status in the company's records.

• Communicate with customers through WhatsApp and phone calls when required.

• Take customer feedback and communicate important feedback to the concerned team.

• Handle basic customer concerns politely and professionally.

• Escalate complaints or complex issues to the reporting manager.

• Ensure customers receive timely updates regarding their requirements.

• Maintain professional communication and customer relationships.

• Perform other customer-support and coordination activities assigned by management.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Confident and polite telephone communication.

• Good Hindi communication skills.

• Basic English communication skills.

• Good listening and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp.

• Ability to understand and communicate customer requirements clearly.

• Professional attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work effectively with different teams.

Preferred Candidate

• Fresher or candidate with previous telecalling/customer-support experience.

• Candidates with sales, customer service, reception, or coordination experience may also apply.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills will be given importance.

Important Note
