📝 Job Description:

We are hiring a motivated and target-driven Outbound Telecaller to join our BPO team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products/services, and generating leads or sales.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Explain company products and services clearly

• Generate leads and convert them into sales

• Handle customer queries in a professional manner

• Maintain daily call reports and achieve targets

• Update customer information in CRM/software

• Follow up with interested customers

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate

• Good communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus)

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Fresher and experienced both can apply
