Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and support the sales team. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about services

• Maintain and update client databases and call records

• Schedule meetings/site visits for the sales or design team

• Follow up with prospective clients on a regular basis

• Understand customer requirements and guide them accordingly

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate

• 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools

• Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented personality

Good listening and interpersonal ski
