Job Description – Telecaller & Sales Executive

Company: VRS Universal

Job Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Qualification: 12th Pass or above

Experience: Fresher can apply

Job Responsibilities

1. Handle incoming (inbound) and outgoing (outbound) calls professionally.

2. Attend customer inquiries and provide accurate information about company services.

3. Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.

4. Explain products and services to customers and encourage sales.

5. Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

6. Identify customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

7. Maintain daily call records, customer details, and sales reports.

8. Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales targets.

9. Build positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.

- Confidence in handling incoming and outgoing calls.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.

- Customer-handling and convincing skills.
