• Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.

• Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when required.

• Assist customers with relevant information and solutions.

• Meet assigned performance targets.

• Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

• Escalate matters to the appropriate team when necessary.

🎓 Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years

• Shift: Day Shift

• Working Days: 6 Days a Week

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-service-oriented attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge preferred.

• Ability to handle customer queries confidently and professionally.
