Job Description – Telecaller

Position Details

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (As per experience and process)

Open Positions

• 20 Openings – Immediate Joining – Both Fresher & Experienced – ₹12K–15K – Non-DRA

• 30 Openings – Immediate Joining – CS Experience Required – ₹15K–18K – Non-DRA

• 40 Openings – Immediate Joining – Both Fresher & Experienced – ₹16K–20K – DRA

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments, EMI reminders, and collection follow-ups.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide suitable resolutions.

• Maintain proper call records and update customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment and commitment tracking.

• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets assigned by the management.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, collection guidelines, and legal regulations.

• Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction during all interactions.

Mandatory Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.

• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in telecalling, collections, customer service, or sales.

• Knowledge of banking or collection processes.

• Ability to manage difficult customer conversations professionally.

• Experience using CRM or calling software.

• Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.

• Candidates with customer service or collection experience will be preferred for higher salary brackets.
