Job Summary:
Responsible for recovering overdue loan amounts from customers through field visits and tele-calling, ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines and bank policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with delinquent customers for loan repayment.
Negotiate and implement repayment plans.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities.
Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory compliance standards.
Achieve assigned works
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum SSLC,12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Prior experience in collections/recovery is an advantage.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to work in our company.
Skills Required:
Strong interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of banking and loan products
Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
