We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our cosmetic company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling potential and existing customers, promoting cosmetic products, generating leads, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote cosmetic and personal care products
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate product information
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and ongoing offers clearly
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Maintain and update customer records in CRM or Excel
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat sales
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets
Handle customer objections professionally and politely
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate preferred
Prior experience as a telecaller or sales executive is an advantage
Good communication skills in [English / Hindi ]
Persuasive, confident, and customer-friendly attitude
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, calling software)
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Experience in cosmetic, beauty, or FMCG industry
Knowledge of skincare, makeup, or beauty products
Strong negotiation and closing skills
