We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to connect with customers, generate sales, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain Thanjai Gardens products, offers, and benefits.

• Follow up on customer enquiries and abandoned orders.

• Generate new leads and convert them into sales.

• Maintain customer records and update call status.

• Handle customer queries professionally.

• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for order processing.

• Achieve daily calling and sales targets. Telecallers commonly handle lead generation, follow-ups, customer queries, and call record updates as core responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Any Degree.

• Freshers are welcome (Telecalling experience is an advantage).

• Excellent communication skills in Tamil.

• Basic English communication is preferred.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and Google Sheets.

• Smartphone and stable internet connection (for remote work).
