Sales Manager / Sales Executive | Sungrowis

• Managing sales operations and driving revenue growth for MSME funding, government schemes, business funding, and startup advisory services.
• Handling end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation, lead qualification, client consultation, follow-ups, and closures.
• Guiding clients on suitable government funding, grants, loans, and business growth solutions based on their requirements.
• Managing and mentoring the sales team to achieve individual and monthly sales targets.
• Monitoring lead performance, conversion ratios, follow-ups, and overall sales pipeline through CRM.
• Building strong client relationships and ensuring a smooth customer journey from initial inquiry to service closure.
• Coordinating with internal teams for documentation, agreements, applications, and client requirements.
• Developing sales strategies and processes to improve lead conversion and overall team performance.
• Regularly tracking sales performance and preparing reports for management.
• Contributing to business development through customer engagement, digital leads, and outbound sales initiatives.
