Job Title: Tele caller

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Tele caller to promote and sell credit cards to potential customers. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining product benefits, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads

• Explain credit card features, benefits, and offers clearly

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable credit card options

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details

• Handle customer queries and objections effectively

• Follow up with interested customers to close sales

• Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Any degree (mandatory)

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Prior experience in tele calling, tele sales, or banking sales is an advantage

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Customer-focused attitude

• Good listening and interpersonal skills
