Telecalling & Lead Follow-up• Handle incoming and outgoing calls• Follow up with residential construction leads• Fix client meetings and site visits• Maintain lead database in Excel• Coordinate with sales and technical team2. Sales Support• Explain basic company services to clients• Share brochures, quotations, and details• Follow up for proposal closure• Maintain daily sales call report3. Social Media Support• Reply to Instagram & Facebook inquiries• Post basic updates (if required)• Coordinate with marketing team• Track online leads4. HR Support (Initial Level)• Coordinate interviews• Maintain employee records• Follow up on joining formalities• Maintain attendance sheet5.
