Job Description – Tele caller | Zepto
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Tele callers to join our team.The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000–₹20000 per month + incentives and involves managing customer calls, providing information, and assisting customers with rider onboarding and delivery-related services.

Key Responsibilities:
Make incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Connect with potential riders and explain onboarding procedures.
Provide accurate information about the company’s services and processes.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns.
Follow up with interested candidates and complete the onboarding process.
Maintain daily call records and update customer information.
Coordinate with the operations team to resolve issues.
Achieve daily calling and rider onboarding targets.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred).
Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates.
Salary: ₹12000–₹20000 per month + Incentives.
Working Days: 6 Days a Week.
Shift Type: Day Shift.
Working Hours: 8 Hours.
Job Type: Full-Time.
