Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, promoting products or services, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

• Explain products or services and generate customer interest.

• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

• Record customer interactions and update the CRM or database accurately.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Handle customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.

• Strong listening, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Fluency in English and local language(s).

• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Time management and organizational skills.

• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.

Working Hours

• Full-time

• Monday to Saturday (or as per company policy)
