Telecaller / Receptionist Executive (Female)

Samriddhi Reiki Foundation is seeking a professional, confident, and customer-focused Female Telecaller / Receptionist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have the ability to effectively interact with and guide students, clients, and visitors.

Job Details

📍 Location: GMADA Aerocity, Mohali, Punjab
🕒 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
📅 Weekly Off: Monday
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: ₹10,000 to 15000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

• Respond to student and client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person visits.

• Guide prospective students regarding courses, workshops, and services.

• Schedule appointments, maintain records, and manage follow-ups.

• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all visitors and clients.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and operations.

• Maintain accurate lead and customer data.

Candidate Requirements

✔ Female Candidates Only
✔ Excellent Spoken English (Mandatory)
✔ Proficiency in Hindi and/or Punjabi
✔ Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills
✔ Confident, presentable, and professional personality
✔ Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Internet, WhatsApp)
✔ Ability to build rapport with students and clients
✔ Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
