Job Summary:
The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience while supporting the company's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person interactions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Collect customer feedback and share improvement suggestions with management.
Assist in customer retention and loyalty initiatives.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer service reports.
Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and in line with company standards.
