Job Title: Real Estate Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to generate quality leads by interacting with potential customers over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.

• Explain real estate projects and investment opportunities.

• Understand customer requirements and answer their queries.

• Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.

• Follow up with leads regularly to maintain engagement.

• Update customer information in the CRM system.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

• Maintain professional communication with clients at all times.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

• Positive attitude with strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
