Handle outbound/inbound calls to promote banking products.
Sell banking products such as Credit Cards, Loans, Insurance, Savings Accounts, etc.
Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly to customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and call details.
Follow company guidelines and compliance standards.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Eligibility Criteria:
Freshers are welcome (experience in telecalling/sales is an advantage).
Good Hindi communication skills (English basic knowledge is a plus).
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with sales targets.
