We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling students/customers, explaining our courses and services, handling inquiries, and supporting admissions and lead generation activities.
Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers
Handle inbound calls and resolve queries
Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures
Follow up with interested leads via calls and WhatsApp
Maintain daily call reports and update CRM/lead data
Achieve assigned targets and support the sales team
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Basic computer knowledge is required
