Job Summary
We are looking for a goal-oriented and spoken-word savvy Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products or services, addressing inquiries, and driving conversions or scheduling appointments.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound/Inbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential or existing customers using a given database to promote products/services.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Pitch product features, handle customer objections professionally, and convert leads into sales or scheduled appointments.
Customer Relationship Management: Understand customer needs, answer their queries patiently, and provide accurate information about offerings.
Data Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all calls, feedback, and customer details in the CRM system.
Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-up calls with prospective clients to ensure continuous engagement and close deals.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and sales/lead targets.
Requirements & Skills
Education: High school diploma, Graduate, or equivalent.
Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or inside sales role is preferred (freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome).
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills in English and/or the relevant local language.
Persuasion Skills: Strong convincing power, negotiation skills, and a positive attitude toward handling rejections.
Tech Savvy: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software or calling tools are a plus.
