Job Title: Telecaller

Experience: Minimum 3 Months in Telecalling/Customer Service/Sales
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate interest in our products/services, handle queries, and support sales activities. This is an entry-level role with growth potential and ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers/leads

• Explain company products/services

• Handle customer queries and follow-ups

• Maintain call records and customer details

• Achieve daily calling targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 months telecalling/telesales experience

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

• Basic computer knowledge
