We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Impact Infotech Private Limited to The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹28,000 and opportunities for growth.
Job Title: Call Coordinator
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 2–3 Years
CTC: Up to ₹3.6 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate between frontend and backend technical teams.
Prepare and submit reports/MIS on a regular basis.
Handle basic accounting and documentation tasks.
Coordinate with vendors for operational requirements.
Support HR and administrative back-office activities.
Ensure smooth communication and follow-up across departments.
Required Skills:
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Basic accounting knowledge.
Experience in vendor management and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders efficiently.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6 years of experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Day shift.
