Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele-Sales Executive to generate leads, communicate with prospective customers, explain real estate projects, and convert enquiries into site visits and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.

• Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.

• Explain project details, location, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.

• Follow up regularly with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.

• Generate qualified leads and convert them into site visits and bookings.

• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, customer requirements, and sales status.

• Build good relationships with prospective and existing customers.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Coordinate with the sales/site team for customer visits and booking procedures.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating with customers.
