Telecaller

We are a leading financial DSA (Direct Selling Agent) dealing in multiple loan products including Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans. We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Telecallers to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads (data).
Lead Qualification: Explain various loan products, assess customer financial requirements, and determine their eligibility.
Sales Conversion: Pitch loans resolve customer queries, and schedule appointments for the sales/field team.
Follow-Ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients to ensure timely closure.
Database Management: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and pipeline status.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass. (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, BPO, or sales. (Candidates with previous Banking, NBFC, or DSA experience are highly preferred).
Skills: Excellent communication, convincing abilities, and a basic understanding of loan/credit processes (Hindi/English).
Mindset: Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
