Job Title: Sales Executive

Company Overview

We are a growing manufacturing company specializing in high-quality baby ride ons like tricyles, walkers, scooters etc. We are looking for a confident and energetic Sales Executive who can communicate effectively with dealers and clients across India and help expand our business network.

Job Responsibilities

1.Call and follow up with dealers, distributors, and clients across India from the office.

2.Explain product features, pricing, offers, and business terms clearly to customers.

3.Convince potential buyers to place orders and build long-term business relationships.

4.Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, inquiries, and confirmed orders.

5.Coordinate with the dispatch and production team regarding order details.

6.Handle customer queries professionally and provide proper support.

7.Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

8.Maintain daily call reports and sales updates.

Required Skills

1.Good communication and convincing skills.

2.Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

3.Ability to speak Hindi fluently; English communication is an advantage.

4. Confidence in handling phone conversations with clients and dealers.

5.Basic computer knowledge for maintaining order records and reports.

6.Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Qualification

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Experience in telecalling, sales, or marketing will be preferred.

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Working Hours: Full-time

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 6+ years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
