· Make outbound and handle inbound calls to potential clients
· Explain company services clearly and professionally
· Counsel clients as per their needs and requirements
· Follow up with leads and maintain call records
· Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
· Maintain accurate client data and documentation
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing
· Provide excellent customer service and support
· Minimum qualification: 12th / Graduate
· Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English; Punjabi preferred)
· Good convincing and counseling skills
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
· Ability to work under targets and pressure
