Job Description – Telecaller (Interior Designing Company)

Position: Telecaller

Department: Sales & Customer Relations

Location: Anna Nagar Tower, Chennai

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Interior Designing team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our interior design services, generating leads, and coordinating appointments with the design consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Introduce and explain the company's interior design services and offerings.

• Generate qualified leads through tele calling and follow-ups.

• Schedule client meetings and site visits for the sales/design team.

• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM or Excel database.

• Follow up with clients regarding quotations, proposals, and project requirements.

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.

• Maintain daily call reports and share updates with the management.

• Coordinate with the sales and design teams to ensure smooth client communication.

• Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

• Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Interest in interior designing and home décor services is preferred.
