Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Digifame Media's services

• Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, referrals, and databases

• Explain service offerings — social media marketing, SEO, paid ads, branding — clearly and persuasively

• Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified leads

• Maintain and update CRM records with call logs, follow-up notes, and client details

• Meet daily and weekly call targets and conversion benchmarks

• Handle inbound queries and provide basic information about company services

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English

• Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality

• Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus

• Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn

• Ability to handle rejection positively and stay target-focused
