Job Title: Telecaller (Hindi & Marathi Fluent)

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller who is fluent in both Hindi and Marathi. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our travel packages, generating leads, and converting inquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain travel packages, tour itineraries, and promotional offers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.

• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.

• Handle customer questions and provide accurate information.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations and customer support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Hindi and Marathi (mandatory).

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or travel sales is preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM/software.

• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
