Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to join our immigration and overseas education team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling client inquiries, generating leads, and fixing appointments for visa counselling.
Freshers with good communication skills and experienced candidates from similar industries are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide information about visa, immigration, and study abroad services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries politely and professionally.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, and follow-up calls.
Maintain and update the lead database / CRM with accurate client information.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with Visa Counsellors for further discussion.
Explain service features, processes, and benefits to interested clients.
Follow up with existing and new clients to ensure high conversion rates.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets and maintain performance reports.
Handle client queries with patience, professionalism, and clarity.
Support the counselling and filing team with client communication when needed.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Strong telephone etiquette and pleasant personality.
Confidence in handling client objections and turning inquiries into conversions.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-driven.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Experience Required:
Freshers with good communication and learning attitude can apply.
Experienced candidates in telecalling, customer care, or BPO (preferably in the education or immigration sector) will be given preference.
Educational Qualification:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Training or experience in customer service, sales, or communication is an advantage.
