Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company services/products clearly.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
Follow up with leads and ensure proper closure.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or above.
Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to convince and negotiate effectively.
Preferred (Add-on):
Candidates who can communicate in Marathi or Gujarati will have an added advantage.
Other Details:
5.5 days working.
Work Location: Noida.
