Job Description – Telecaller Intern (IT Institute)

Position: Telecaller Intern

Department: Admissions / Counseling

Industry: IT Training & Education

Roles & Responsibilities

Making outbound calls to students and parents from the provided database.
Providing information about IT courses, training programs, certifications, and batches.
Handling inbound inquiries related to course details, fees, duration, and schedules.
Following up with interested candidates and scheduling counseling sessions.
Updating lead details and call status in the system or Excel sheet.
Coordinating with the counseling and admissions team for conversions.
Maintaining professional communication and a positive approach with students.

Skills & Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Confidence and polite telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Interest in sales, counseling, or education sector.
- Ability to work under guidance and meet daily call targets.
