📝 Job Summary
The Tele-Calling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, explaining products/services, handling queries. The role requires good communication skills and the ability to work efficiently.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for Payment reminders
• Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve payment-related issues
• Update customer call logs and payment status accurately
• Explain products/services and generate interest
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic queries
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
