Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage and support our existing customers. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with existing customers on a regular basis
Handle and resolve customer queries efficiently
Provide accurate information about services and processes
Maintain proper records of customer interactions
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Required Skills:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Office)
Good communication skills in English (average proficiency acceptable)
Strong problem-solving ability
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass
Experience:
6 months to 2 years of experience in Customer Support / Call Center / BPO
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
